Job Description

• Manage and lead finance and transactions teams totaling over 20 members
• Supervise accounting operations, including payables, receivables, ledgers, and payroll
• Generate and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements per IFRS
• Serve as the main liaison for reporting and consolidation with Spain and Japan teams
• Direct the year-end audit process, coordinating with external auditors
• Develop and review budgets, forecasts, and financial projections
• Monitor cash flow and financial metrics to enhance financial performance
• Oversee tax planning, compliance, and timely tax return submissions
• Stay updated on accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry trends
• Collaborate with other departments to implement cost optimization and continuous improvements
• Advocate for process and system efficiency and scalability

The Successful Applicant

• Proficiency in English; Thai language skills are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or similar certification preferred
• Over 10 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, with at least 6 years in a leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, and financial reporting
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills for interpreting financial data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities across all organizational levels
• Skilled in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Microsoft Business Central is advantageous
• Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Commitment to integrity and ethical financial management standards
